Rising613 – Smart move! Personally, I think teachers are the most valuable resource available to teens and it’s taken for granted way too often. In my case I had my high school principal, as well as a teacher reach out to me so I can’t say how to form the initial connection, however I can tell you one thing. Once you leave school please DON’T let the relationship fall to the side as more (seemingly) important things fill your life. This is one thing you should not let go of.
