DaasYochid (and Nisht..): you are absolutely correct in saying that I do not accept these chumros and therefore, we are at opposite sides of the argument. This post started with the assertion of the “kula-ization’ of yiddishkeit, to which I replied that is has become a “chumro-ization” of yiddishkeit, based, by the way, on a number of different events to which no on replied. It devolved into an argument about chekcing for worms and other microbes on fruits and vegetables. So, you are welcome to follow what I consider extreme chumros. I will follow what I think are reasonable efforts. You do not have to eat my strawberries.
