Reply To: Collecting On Purim in a Limousine

I don’t like the collecting altogether. I think some of the boys are doing it more for the limo ride, and even MORE because very often they get a drink at the homes of the gvirim to whom they go (I have been told about the drinkling by boys who went collecting, I am not surmising this). No one comes collecting at MY house. They go to the fancy homes in the wealthier nearby neighborhoods. So clearly it is not just a matter of tzedaka.
