HaLeiVi: Nowadays it is almost always pushed off. It has nothing to do with Bahab. Therefore, they are always Doche Yom HaAtzmaut to a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. With the way the calendar is set up, 5 Iyar cannot be a Tuesday or Thursday anyway, so it is Nidche more often than not.
