You have conversations in your head. That is the reason why you have social anxiety. The solution is not to force yourself not to have conversations. The solution is simply to focus your thoughts on what you see. If you are walking in the street then say to yourself – “Look, a tree”. Don’t start having a conversation with yourself. You are all wrapped up trying to figure things out in your mind and that will never help you. This will get you started on the road to healing. You will start feeling part of society and begin to open up relationships with people. I suggest you get a coach to help you along to make goals to open up more to people. Little by little you will change and be a powerhouse individual.
