The Yaale v’Yavo for Yom Kippur is not usually found in bentchers but can be found in any YK machzor in the Shemoneh Esrei.

But the Yaaleh Veyovoh in Shmoneh Esrei includes the word “Melech” which some omit in Birchas Hamazon.
