I don’t really understand how tznius fell in here. But why do you say that non jewish music is not in the Torah? Did you ask a rav? Just like once upon a time tznius was not a subject because it was self understood, n maybe listening to goyish music is in the same level but isn’t being taught YET because its self understood to anyone with jewish sensitivities they goyish music is GOYISH. I’m not talking about old fashioned classical music
