Hey aisle is close but not correct. Remove the first letter and you have isle which sounds the same. But then it doesnt work out. Removing the last letter leaves you with isl which us pronounced “is” with an l at the end. Then without the middle letter and you have il which is what you feel when you go to a doctor!
