In the context of this discussion it will take us a wild tangent that is way off topic. I dont have a problem with the word per se, as much as I have a problem with its implications. Who set those expectations, based on what criteria, how legitimate are they and what happens if they are not met now, or at some time in the future. Again, it is way off topic and is best left to another thread.
