Regarding wedding photos, it is not the same thing. The Baal Simcha PAYS the photographer to represent the best view of the family. He expects and WANTS the pictures to be edited, airbrushed, and digitally corrected. Personally, I am against the practice of digitally ALTERING a family pic to include someone who was never there. It is not the emes. But I understand the POV of those who do this.
