I’m totally Chozer on what I said two years ago. The Minhag nowadays seems to be Meikil for music at night. It’s a relatively recent Minhag so there is no need to be overly Machmir. There is no reason to necessarily compare music to haircuts, which standard Psak is to Assur until tomorrow morning.
