kapusta, that’s a really hard question to answer without knowing the person. You really have to look at the whole person and see if he has a backbone to determine if he’s a pushover type. Will he do something that other people aren’t doing if he thinks it’s the right thing to do? A pushover is usually lacking confidence and feels pressured to conform to other people’s expectations of him, regardless of what he really thinks or feels. Best of luck!
