ok. Now we have a real kasha on the gemarah. Does the term “older poster” refer to the actual age of the poster or does it refer to the length of time the poster posted in the CR.
According to Reb squeak, he feels it depends on the age of the poster. Although for him, it really shouldn’t matter since he actually IS chronologically old AND he’s been here for a while.
Acoording to Rebbetzin mepal, she feels it depends on the amount of time the particular poster posted for. Since she feels she was here long enough, and might be exempt, although, she really DOES want the ‘outfitting’.
Maybe we should call the Rosh in to help us solve this svara.
