you can get an iphone and then in settings, restrict Safari (the default internet browser) and then set “app download restrictions” to restrict downloading any app rated 17+. This will restrict you from downloading any other browsers, as they are all rated 17+.
Then, ask a trusted person (wife, Rav, etc.) to enter a password in the restrictions so that you will not be able to change the restrictions without going through them.
With this method, you can restrict browsing the internet, but can still use apps which need to access the internet, such as GPS.
