I don’t know about Ashkenazim, but us Sephardim hold that this year, there is no Shavoua Shechal Bo, because the fast is on Sunday. I know there are people who are more stringent because is is Nidche, but my community and every Sephardic person I know hold that there is no Shavoua Shechal Bo this year.
Also, concerning weddings,I know that Chacham Ovadiah Z”TZL holds that one is allowed to get married during the 3 weeks, but our custom is not like that.
