Then, off the top of my head, I think the order of preference would be Chanukah candle (Pirsumei Nisa) then bread. You don’t do the Shabbos candle because Shalom Bayis is irrelevant if there’s no food. You can make the Kiddush on the bread in such a scenario. The bet is Assur because Asmachta Lo Kanya and the friend thinks he’s right so you’d be stealing. The rest aren’t as Overes as the Ner Chanukah and the Seudas Shabbos.
