They’re not more knowledgeable than the rabbonim on the other side. And they didn’t even address all the issues. On the mezonos question, it is so blatantly incorrect. They admitted that if the amount is above mezonos then it is a halachicly objectionable kenas even if he agreed to it and even if the terms in the agreement calls the amount mezonos.
