ZD: Nobody called the gefilte fish ‘Holy’. Just that people eat it. And why does it have to be an animal to be considered by you food? Chickens are not animals they are birds. Are they food? What about bread? Is milk considered animal or animal by product? B’kitzur how do you define ‘food’?
