If your non belief in gilgulim comes from studying the works of the Rambam or Rabanu Saadya Gaon, then you are justified in your position. However if you just don’t like the idea, or you think that it is not fair ??????, then you might just be a ??? who doubts the torah, because you have decided what the torah says according to your own emotions.
