There the Bnei Yissochar explains the Posuk in Shir Hashirim ???? ???? ?????” (??? ?????? ?.?he says it means that every person in this world has a certain amount of words which he is alloted to speak and if he speaks a lot of meaningless words he shortens his life.That is his Nefesh leaves based on his words. Our Posuk is saying the same thing it is saying
