Washing hands…
Next time you wash consider the side of your hand that’s along your pinky finger. Most people dont even attempt to put water there but assume that enough water will flow there from the other parts of the hand.
I think the only way to get all the parts is to spin/twist your hand while the water is flowing out of your cup.
