DaasYochid: There are places in halacha were a “Jew” like Bernie Sanders is treated like a goy and other times he is treated like a Jew keneged halacha. Who cares? He blatantly doesn’t believe in Hashem or keep any of the Torah- hence he is not a Jew in any meaningful way.

He thinks the Torah is outdated and silly.

Use your common sense. He is not Jewish in any meaningful way. This is not a halachic conversation. I dont really debate halacha on this site, for that I talk to my rov.
