DaasYochid and others: “Jekum Purkon ” -mussaf- anyone? The “jehi rotzons’ on monday and Thursday anyone? The “Tosfos Yomtov” mi sheberach for non talkers in shul, anyone?? There are a multitude of prayers we do on weekdays and shabbos for various groups- and it would be very acceptable to include a “mi sheberach” for soldiers. It is only politics that prevent it and that is sad.
