These children did not choose to be born with a “Goy” father…We do not understand why Hashem would allow this, what we do know is it is our responsibility to educate JEWS from all backgrounds in hopes they adapt a more observant life style. As for children born from a non-Jewish mother, than our responsibility is to show them the path of a Bnai Noach, as with all non-Jews. But, I would only do so this if a Non Jew expressed interest in Judaism and G-D. Otherwise, I would tend to remain silent on the matter.
