Shalom Chaver – i always knew there were slightly different versions out there, and it’s interesting to hear how they came about. But I don’t see how ??? ???? ???? makes any sense!
and newsreader – i’m a bit confused! are you chassidish or not? cuz this is a very chassidishe song, (some lines won’t rhyme if you sing them the litvishe way) but chassidim usually don’t sing songs under the chuppah!
