The bochorim are learning Torah *full-time*. In the abscence of that, they too should soon wed. Torah keeps the idealism running strong. Marriage indeed is usually a sort of lock, to a large extent, on the ruchniyuskeit one achieved to that point. Once one starts swimming in the outside world, outside the daled amos of Torah, they are being pulled further away.
