Lubavitchers put on Rashi tefillin at the beginning of davening. At the end of davening, they put on Rabbeinu Tam tefillin and say Shema. I believe it was the 6th or 7th Rebbe who adopted this practice. See the Lubavitch siddur for confirmation.
