Actually, I think he made a great point and he is great at laying traps like these for the media.
Trump says something in a tone that might sound like he is suggesting more then he is actually saying, some jump on this and call him out on it, he then uses this opportunity to undermine those that are calling him out.
He nicely explained that it’s not him that suggested that Cruz’s dad assassinated JFK, only that there is a photo of him having breakfast with JFks assassin.
He then asks, why can’t we talk about this? is the photo not of Cruz’s dad?
