Reply To: Lakewood School Busing

The Lakewood School Board Monitors are suppose to be experts and you see how well that worked.They created higher budget deficits then when they started and antagonized everyone. Nobody can predict the future so even the OU or Aguda wouldn’t know. But maybe the posters in the YWN coffee room will have a better solutions.

The yeshivas will have to provide transportation for 1.5 students for every student funded by the state through greater efficiency.

Will the current staggering system generate enough savings to provide school busing for all. I don’t know, only time will tell.
