as Joseph suggests first check on google what the step by step laws are for immigration from going to the us council in canada to apply for immigration to many other steps & then sit down with your spouse & start doing research on what type of community you are interested in moving to. What is your level of frumkeit & what level do you want to live by? that would tell you which communities are fit for you & which not. if you post what type of a family you are many people here might be able to suggest a good US town to move to that fits your type
