Thank you for putting me down for trying to help. I knew why she made that comment and, like I said, I felt it could have been kinder. But I know you are a counselor who understands people with tremendous insight that many others don’t have, and people count on your insight to get them through tough times. That is why it is more uncomfortable for me to see you respond with anger, and why I thought you would be willing to understand what I said. I guess I hold you to a higher standard, in a way, than most people in regard to communication and support.
