There’s a hotline for teenagers. It’s advertised in Lakewood publications. It started recently under the auspices of Rav Yehuda Jacobs. He is also working on a lot of other programs for kids-at-risk. I’m not sure what else there is yet, but I can find out tomorrow, bli neder.
