When I lived in Lakewood, whenever I worked with men, they called me “Rebbetzin” since they didn’t want to call me by my first name.
I found that pretty cool.
Once, someone greeted me by saying, “How is the Rebbetzin?” It took me a good five minutes to figure out what he was talking about!
