Ibump, thats what all the bais yaakovs teach (im not sure how they all got the same misinformation) but really adam told chava that she cant eat and then she out the extra chumra on herself. I think a more appropriate life lesson to take from this story is to know yourself and to take baby steps with your avodas hashem.
