huju: His popularity among the frum is a direct result of the alternative having been Clinton. If the alternative would have been, say, Rubio or Cruz, he wouldn’t be nearly as popular. (And wasn’t during the primaries.)
His “popularity” now as president is also a result of his enemies being worse than he is.
