They were step siblings, not half siblings. Each one had their own set of parents, none shared. So likely they did the traditional Jewish way of the father/father-in-law walking the Choson to the Chupa, and the mother/mother-in-law walking the kallah. Or they may have done the modern way of the father and mother each walking their child to the Chupa. Even then, no parent would walk to the Chupa twice.
