I don’t think it’s so much about energy contained within objects as it is more simply about not doing that which is prohibited. Cross-dressing is prohibited, while using hangers of the opposite gender is not. The problem with Indian hair wigs is the prohibition of giving money to/benefiting from avodah zarah, not spiritual energy contained in the hair.
