g..613: That was R’ Yaakov’s minhag but I am not sure who he attributed it to. As the story goes, he was Matter Neder on the first day of shavuous (which was Erev Shabbos) after his second marriage as the Rebbetzin made milchigs for kiddush. He told his talmidim that he did not want her to be upset and it was better that he be matter neder for that day. He reaccepted his minhag after that.
