Three Possibilites I can think of:
1. Techiyas hamaisim started.
2. Someone just joined and (without realizing it) signed up using a User Name that has been used before, and for some reason the system accidentally allowed that to happen.
3. There was a mistake in the article linked.
4. You misread the date of his post.
