My suggestions above were made, not knowing that you are breslov. Being that you are breslov, you need a place with bresolovers.
Maybe you should look into Tsefas, there are a few anglo breslovers there. Beitar and Kiryat Sefer and Beit shemesh are options also. I dont know if there are any breslovers in neve yaakov, there definitely are chassidim.
