Dr. Nat, a BTL is completely useless outside of applying to a profession that requires standardized testing. In such professions like law, the LSAT score weighs far greater than the undergraduate degree (though someone with similar scores to another who attended a legitimate university will in all likelihood earn the spot over the BTL holder).
If you want to obtain the BTL as fulfillment of a prerequisite for needing Bachelors degree, then it’s not entirely useless. However, please don’t be fooled into thinking a BTL is on par with a degree at a respectable institution of secular learning.
