Is this good or bad news?
Answer: It depends
If you live in a state such as I do which has a well functioning state health exchange, it’s good news.
If you live in a state that doesn’t have a health exchange through which to buy coverage it is bad news.
If you only qualified for Medicaid after the ACA went into effect, it is good news. BTW>>>>before the ACA, many providers here on CT did not accept Medicaid. After ACA so many more people had Medicaid as their health coverage that acceptance became universal.
