If the motive for the crime is religious based, then the crime is connected to the religion; the religion calls for them to commit this crime. And if the motive for the crime is because of biological differences between man and woman, then obviously this is relevant to prevention.
A basic common denominator does not show causality. And if there is no reason to say that people of one ethnic minority should have more taivah, less control, more opportunity or more motive to commit the crime, then the observation means nothing.
