“M”: 1) Those reasons you cite from Tannaim justifying divorce is, even according to that own shitta, only applicable if it is the husband desiring it. If it is she desiring it, they agree that is an insufficient reason for divorce. 2) Even if the husband desires divorce for that reason, halacha l’maaisa is paskened that it is an insufficient reason.
