A) bizarrely claiming to know FOR CERTAIN” that Hatzolah has no internal procedures for tracking care, when it CLEARLY does and pretty much HAS to as a condition of being an ALS provider. But you wouldn’t know that as you are generally ignorant of at least pre-hospital medicine.
