Avi K, The Rambam you quoted above 1:3 says ???????? ??? ????? ?????? I don’t consider Talmud Torah spending without any purpose. If the yeshivas are not considerate what should he do? He can even borrow with ribus with a heter iska. This will not make him a rasha.
