As posted earlier, 28 or 29 lines down, Reb Chaim learns it from the fact that the Rambam doesn’t say the karka oilam heter. The Chazon Ish says his diyuk isn’t muchrach, and clearly argues, but this is how Reb Chaim learns the Rambam.
