laskern: If the name is a knock-off of a treif restaurant that they idolize, thus mimicking the name, that would bother me and I’m not sure I’d be comfortable trusting such proprietors. So, as a consumer, I’d choose not to patronize that establishment. (I wouldn’t organize a boycott.)
