Vaccine Court has paid out Millions for encephalitis which was caused by vaccines. This was confirmed in the MERCK Manual that vaccines can cause encephalitis. Encephalitis is inflamation/swelling of the brain which can cause PERMANENT BRAIN DAMAGE i.e. Autism.
