when he says shevach for the refuah, do yo uthink a more appropriate response from him/her would be “Ribono shel olam, I’m disjointed that my son needed surgery but oh well I guess thanks for making him better?”
I assure you he isnt excited that he needed that miracle I really don’t understand what you are saying
